The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) is undertaking a Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study to carry out Highway 138 intersection improvements at Headline Road (County Road 44). The project is located in the Township of South Stormont, within the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

Morrison Hershfield Limited was retained by the MTO to complete the Detail Design and Class EA Study for this assignment.
